I just tried logging in to manually without any problems.Īfter never using this utility, I was talked into trying it. I gave up on it after attempting to use it twice in the past with disastrous results - but I'm wondering if you need to enter your personal Crestron ftp credentials somewhere? Or does MI use it's own credentials under the assumption that if you're running the software, you must be approved to download their software?
